Change of site-based project management halfway through the process which impacted the refurb timeline. Implemented new PM with their own internal repair, maintenance, and refurb business, resulting in now having the best site team on board. Unexpected issues within uneven kitchen floor. We had to relevel and resurface the kitchen floor before putting the new flooring down.
